SHFAA Soccer is open to all girls and boys Pre-K thru 8th grade in the Founders parish.
Soccer is played in the fall of each year. The season begins the weekend prior to Labor Day, and the regular season continues for 11 weeks. No matches are played on Labor Day weekend. CYC Soccer is for 1st grade thru 8th grade, boys and girls. Boys Soccer is played on alternating Friday nights and Saturdays. Girls Soccer is played on alternating Friday nights and Sundays. No games on Sunday may begin prior to 12:00 Noon. Some teams may play in pre-season or post-season tournaments.
Following the regular season, District Playoffs are held for 5th grade levels and above, and determine the representatives from the South County District to the Archdiocesan Championships, which normally conclude in early December.
